The brand-new Indian war-drama “Ikkis” opened its account on Thursday with a solid ₹7 crore net in India, making it the highest single-day score the film has seen so far and giving the team something to cheer about right out of the gate.
On Friday Day 2: the pace slowed down quite a bit. The movie could only rope in around ₹3.5 crore, which is literally half of what it had managed on opening day. The drop was expected to some extent because weekday shows usually cool off, but the 50 % dip still raised a few eyebrows.
