His father is Iqbal Ratansi who is a prominent Mumbai-based businessman and jeweler who also has interests in real estate and film equipment supply. He has a sister name is Sanam Ratansi and brother is Mohammad Ladha. He was schooling at Bombay Scottish School and he did not disclose his higher education. He married a famous actress in India who is also a beautiful woman Sonakshi Sinha on June 23, 2024.
