Among the cities with high occupancy, there were major cities including Delhi, Chandigarh, and Jaipur among many others while the southern cities had a lower occupancy rate. As for the distribution of the box office collections, Tier-1 cities are dominating the first weekend, but the movie is also collecting a good amount from Tier-2 and Tier-3 suggesting that Ground Zero has a universal appeal among all classes of audiences.
Taking its current performance into consideration, it is safe to assume that the picture will maintain its growth path over the weekends. If the trend continues in such a manner, there are good chances that the movie Ground Zero could earn more than ₹10 crore in the first one week of its release. Nevertheless, the mid-week sales will be a good predictor of extended box office performance of the film. If it is able to sustain an audience and keep the buzz going, Ground Zero could easily turn into one of those games people did not expect to be good but ended up becoming quite popular in 2025.
